If I could give it no stars, I would! After going here for 2 years or more I went in on 10/22 and stupidly used a different stylist than usual. I wanted a milk chocolate color and received JET black, she then tried to lighten it and it turned CARROT orange and then 2 stylist proceeded to color it brown to which it turned an ugly red/brown/orange. It is also breaking off. I have an appointment today 10/24 with another salon to get it corrected after which I will be going back to collect my money! This has been the worst color experience ever! Unless you know FOR SURE a stylist can actually color your hair, DON'T DO IT HERE!
